Development Assurance Planning

I write your plans from scratch, or find the gaps in existing ones and close them against ARP4754B. Plans your teams can act on. Plans that deliver safe, reliable systems, not just a passed audit. I use AI tools, built around the standards, to work faster. The judgement stays mine. Every plan is reviewed, owned and signed off by me.

Systems Engineering & Project Management

I own the full development lifecycle, or provide fractional support where you need it.

Development: function and architecture definition, and requirements capture, working with safety and security specialists.
Validation & Verification: validate the design, not just the requirements. Verify the implementation. The two work together. The aim is not coverage for its own sake, but high confidence that the system does everything it should and nothing unintended.

Document Review & Process Assurance

From technical reviews of single documents to oversight and audit of suppliers and development teams, against ARP4754B, DO-178C, DO-254 and DO-160G.
